What’s sun-dried beans instead of washed?

Most coffee on the market is washed. This means the fruity outer layer of the coffee cherry is stripped away with water before drying. We do things a bit differently. Our beans are sun-dried the traditional way, using the natural heat of Vietnam’s tropical sun with the whole cherry left intact. The result? A deeper, fruitier, more intense flavour. Plus, this process helps save water and reduces overall environmental impact.

How strong is your coffee?

Our robusta beans have almost double the caffeine content of your average cup made with arabica. Combined with arabica beans from Cầu Đất, this particular blend offers a strong cup of coffee without losing that fruity aftertaste.

How sustainable are you?

We use a single-origin robusta blend because of its resistance against environmental changes, meaning they have fewer bugs and require less pesticides.
